NDAC/Cebrap, a founding center of INCT Participa, celebrates 15 years
The Núcleo Democracia e Ação Coletiva (NDAC) at Cebrap, a founding center of INCT Participa, marked its 15th anniversary with a special event.
Held on September 20 in the Cebrap Auditorium, the celebration featured two discussion panels with key partners who have contributed to the Center's research over the years and who are also affiliated researchers with INCT.
The first panel, “Assessment and Prospects of the Left in Mexico and the Role of Participation”, featured Ernesto Isunza Vera, an international researcher with INCT Participa, and Adrian Gurza Lavalle, president of Cebrap and coordinator of INCT Participa. A second discussion, "15 Years Later: Legacies, Affections, and Challenges", brought together INCT Participa researchers Rebecca Abers, Débora Almeida, and Ernesto Isunza Vera, as well as Renata Bichir.
In its 15 years of operation, NDAC has welcomed over 50 PhD and master’s students from various cohorts, many of whom have become professors and researchers at institutions across Brazil.
