The Participa Observatory is committed to developing and strengthening social participation. It comprises a range of actions focused on producing, sharing, and applying advanced knowledge to support the implementation, evaluation, and monitoring of participatory institutions and formats. These actions target civil society organizations, public administrators, and researchers, and include: producing monitoring reports on strategic topics; generating and providing data and indicators for evaluating and monitoring participatory institutions; developing reference materials and tools to support the operation and implementation of participatory institutions and other participatory formats; and sharing innovative experiences and lessons learned from both domestic and international contexts.
