Radar Participa is an initiative by OPar aimed at identifying, selecting, and sharing information and lessons learned from innovative participation experiences around the world, making them accessible to the Brazilian public.
By disseminating innovative experiences in social participation and systematizing the lessons learned, Radar Participa seeks to support public managers and civil society in promoting qualified and effective social participation focused on democratic development.
The first featured experience is the "Citizens’ Forum for an Accessible and Multimodal Public Transport System," which shows how authorities in the Upper Silesia region of Poland organized a participatory and deliberative process involving different groups at various stages of decision-making.
